SpaceGuessr is an educational astronomy quiz game. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at bjung031@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

Astronomical images used in SpaceGuessr are sourced from publicly available databases including NASA, ESA, and related agencies. All images are used for educational purposes. We do not claim ownership of these images.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at bjung031@gmail.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGuessr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
